The indicated prices are per Cottage: Il Risveglio caters for two people with the possibility of an extra guest in the sofa bed. La Fonte caters only for two people. Il Gonfianuvole caters for four people with the possibility of an extra guest. Children up to 3 years old do not pay and a cot or crib is available free of charge for guests staying at Il Gonfianuvole or Il Risveglio. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Additional guest are € 10 per night, available only for guests staying at Il Gonfianuvole or Il Risveglio. Prices include: electricity, gas, water, weekly change of linen and light cleaning if you book for more than a week (although we do ask that you keep and leave the cottage in good condition). Prices also include the use of the swimming pool (seasonal), use of your private barbecue outdoor area, free wi-fi access and if you are interested we are happy to give you an introduction to our farm products and activities.

On the day of your arrival your reserved cottage will be ready for Check In from 15:00 to 19.00 (if for any reason you are unable to meet this timing please let us know in advance). On the day of your departure, we ask that you leave your cottage no later than 10:00. Booking: Reservations are binding when a deposit of 50% of the total stay has been received. The balance is to be received 60 days prior to your confirmed arrival date.

Antica Quercia Verde has defined accommodation options available, therefore in the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your reservation, you need to notify us in writing and receive an acknowledgement. We beg your understanding that in the case of cancellation the following policy applies: If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior the arrival date we will retain 50% of the deposit. If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to the arrival date we will retain the deposit. If a cancellation is made 45 days or less prior to your expected arrival date, or no show, we will retain and or charge 100% of the total stay. Your acceptance and approval of the above conditions is required when making a reservation. These prices and conditions are valid for the year 2019. We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time without notice. We recommend you to consider travel insurance for your trip to Italy. Please note Antica Quercia Verde is in a very private, extremely beautiful, area. There are many advantages, the road to reach us is not one of them: with 0,8km of a narrow gravel road it can be a problem if you are used to large asphalt roads. Our agriturismo is not suitable for very low sports cars, a normal car can reach us without problems.
